Do you care for someone at home?
Then you may be a young caregiver - even though it may feel quite normal to you.
For example, you care for a parent, brother or sister who is ill or needs help. You often worry, miss time for yourself or sometimes feel alone. Recognizable? Then you are not alone: 1 in 4 young people in the Netherlands is in such a situation. We prefer to call young informal caregivers co-makers; because young informal caregivers obviously make a lot possible.Â
